Edge provides a statistical overview of all your assets. This differs from Link. which provides detailed information on a device-by-device basis.

In Edge, you can choose what statistics you want displayed on your homepage, where you can investigate occurrences more closely in other menus.

If you can’t see any options in the drop down menu, it means to Solutions have been associated with your account.

Contact your manager so they can change your menu options, or reach out via our Client Portal.

Tiles are added to your account automatically with Solutions.

In order to login to Edge, your account needs to be created. To do this, simply access Edge from Link. and your account will be generated automatically.

Whilst logged into Link. click the tools dropdown (spanner icon) in the top menu bar and select Edge.
In future, you can log into Edge directly.
