zzoota Warranty Policy

Please retain your Purchase Receipt as proof of purchase in order for your guarantee to be valid. These documents must be presented in the event of making a claim.

zzoota guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months from date of purchase. 

During this guarantee period zzoota will repair or replace any defective product. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. zzoota reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Packaging, instructions, etc. will not be replaced unless faulty.

Subject to your statutory rights as to the merchantable quality of the product or accessory. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date, i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date.

You are required to cover the cost of shipping back to the zzoota head office and when hardware is returned to your location. If the warranty claim product is not returned within 14 days from receiving a replacement product, zzoota has the right to charge you the full price of the replaced hardware.

This Guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and

  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
