The Link. platform allows you to track assets in real-time.
Live data – have complete transparency over where your assets are, where they have been and what they are doing.
Reporting – quickly create reports that give you the answers you need.
Alerts – get notified about where your assets are, and what they are doing.

If your device is moving on Link. but staying “idle” and not showing an accurate speed, check the ignition detection.

In Link. you can set the ignition detection of your device to be linked to the engine data of your asset, or to the GPS movement.
If the ignition detection is linked to engine data, but the device isn’t receiving this data, it will appear as “idle” with no speed, despite moving on Link.

To fix this, change the ignition setting from “Sensor: Engine On/Off” to “GPS” by following this guide: Ignition Detection Accuracy.

There are a few options to show or hide devices on the map.

First, ensure that the "Objects" toggle is switched on. This can be found on the far right side of the screen, and the "Object" toggle should be black to see any objects on the map.

Second, the object needs to be ticked within the objects panel on the left-hand side. You can tick it by ticking a whole group, or an individual object.

If you cannot see the device in the objects panel, reach out to zzoota to ensure the device has been added to your account.
